This policy explains how Velox Growth Ltd ("Velox Growth", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit veloxgrowth.com or use our membership services (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password (stored by our membership provider), and billing details.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • AI assistant conversations: messages you send to our AI assistant, and the responses, are logged and stored. Do not include sensitive personal data (e.g. health information) in your conversations.
  • Uploaded data: files you submit for analysis (e.g. advertising or email account exports). These may contain personal data of third parties; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share them.
  • Usage data: pages visited, videos watched, features used, device and browser information, IP address.
  • Cookies and tracking data: see Section 8.
  • Communications: emails and support requests you send us.


3. How We Use Your Data and Lawful Bases

  • To provide the Service (account access, course content, AI assistant, tools) — performance of a contract.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions — performance of a contract.
  • To review and improve the Service, including reviewing AI assistant conversations for quality, safety, and improvement — legitimate interests.
  • To provide customer support — performance of a contract.
  • To send service emails (renewal notices, changes to terms) — performance of a contract / legal obligation.
  • To send marketing emails — consent, or legitimate interests for existing customers (soft opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run and measure advertising (e.g. Meta ads) — consent (via cookie banner).
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention) — legal obligation.


4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us run the Service: we may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.


5. International Transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the UK-US Data Bridge, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, or standard contractual clauses.


6. Data Retention

  • Account data: for the duration of your membership and up to 2 years after, for legal and accounting purposes.
  • AI assistant conversation logs: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Uploaded analysis files: deleted within 90 days of processing.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.


7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for: essential site functions (login, payments); analytics (understanding how the Service is used); and advertising (measuring and targeting ads, e.g. the Meta Pixel). Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent or manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.


9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email support@veloxgrowth.com. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk / 0303 123 1113.


10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.


11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or via the Service.
